Trevor Mckeesan praised our efforts to ensure high-quality childcare in the community. The worthy Mayor favored nurturing activities like ours as they ensure a better future for our coming generation.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony made the day special and initiated a new chapter for our youngest generation. Parents, children, and Rainham community members added to our excitement and made this event special for us by attending the ceremony.
We showcased our designed learning spaces to the Mayor through guided tours. Every aspect of the nursery, from the vibrant role-play and loose parts area to the comfy reading nooks and outdoor gardens, was carefully designed to encourage creativity, exploration, and growth. The separate access to the garden from each makes the Rainham Nursery unique and provides continuous roam for outdoor activity all day long.
The children's active participation and bright smiles showcased their excitement and sense of belonging, which is what we were looking for in every child who joined us.
We served every attendant with refreshments, prepared by our talented chefs, who want to serve our nursery with nutritious and home-cooked measles. Families were happy to connect with staff and learn more about the care and early education.
The Mayor’s appreciation words for Fledgelings’ quick expansion and our efforts for educating working families in the community, made our day more special. The opening of Rainham Nursery is not just an expansion, it is a deepening of our goal to provide safe, simulating, and supportive childcare in the town.
We will be happy to partner with families and expand our journey by helping them nurture confident, inquisitive, and fast learners for the years to come
Our Thought
Labour’s plan is reasonable for addressing concerns like childcare costs, but its implementation must focus on quality care. As Fledglings Day Nursery exemplifies, babies should be cared for in an ecosystem that balances warmth and attributes. Their nurturing approach, age-appropriate learning, and spacious space for convenience are commendable.
They highlight the value of demonstrating early childhood education. Their commitment to offering a stimulating, secure, and caring home-like environment sets a benchmark that schools must aspire to if the plans go forward. However, the plan's success depends on its ability to maintain high standards of care without sidelining well-maintained nurseries like Fledgelings.
